By browsing this site or sending an order request you agree to these terms. They are written to be plain and fair for both of us.

Orders are requests

Adding a piece to your cart and submitting the order form sends us a request. A contract is formed only when we confirm availability and you complete payment.

Handmade variation

Every piece is crocheted by hand, so small variations in colour, stitch and size are natural and are not defects. Photographs are taken in natural light and screens may render colours differently.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in USD, AUD or INR based on your region. Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are your responsibility.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, product names, descriptions, branding, and the website itself — its layout, code and functionality — belong to The Crafted Loop and are protected by copyright, design and trademark law. You may not copy, download, republish, resell, reproduce, mass-produce, scrape, or use any of it to train AI models, and you may not clone this site or its functionality, without our prior written permission. Buying a piece transfers ownership of that physical item only, never the design rights. Unauthorised use is a legal violation and we will pursue takedowns and further remedies. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
