What is protected

All product photography, styling and imagery.
All product names, descriptions, category names and other written copy.
The The Crafted Loop name, logo, wordmark, emblem and the tagline “Handmade · Timeless · Unique”.
Every original handmade design, pattern, colourway, stitch arrangement and finished piece.
The website itself: its design, layout, look and feel, structure, source code and functionality.

What you may not do

Without our prior written permission you may not:

Copy, download, screenshot, republish, or redistribute our photographs or text anywhere, including on social media, marketplaces or your own website.
Reproduce, manufacture, resell or mass-produce our designs, or make items copied from our pieces for sale.
Use our name, logo or imagery in advertising, listings, catalogues or as your own branding.
Copy, clone or reverse engineer this website, its code, its design or its functionality.
Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content from this site, or use it to train or fine-tune AI models or generate derivative images.
Remove or alter any copyright notice, credit or watermark.

Buying a piece from us transfers ownership of that physical item only. It does not transfer any copyright, design right or licence to reproduce the design.

Limited permitted use

You may view and browse this site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share a link to a page. Anything beyond that requires our written permission.

Enforcement

Unauthorised use is a violation of these terms and of applicable copyright, design and trademark law. We monitor for misuse and will pursue takedown notices with platforms and hosts, marketplace and social-media infringement reports, and any further legal remedies available to us, including recovery of damages and costs. Continued use of this site is your acceptance of this notice.

Report misuse or request permission

If you have seen our work used without permission, or you would like to request a licence, press images or collaboration approval, write to connect@thecraftedloop.com with links and screenshots. We respond to every report.
