Use it within 4 months
Once your balance reaches 500 points and a $10.00 reward is unlocked, it must be used within 4 months of the date it was earned. We email a reminder every month, then again 2 weeks and 1 week before it lapses. If it is still unused on the expiry date, the amount is automatically reduced to zero and we confirm that by email. Your live expiry dates always show on your account page.
Earning points
- Delivery confirmation — 5 points, once per order, credited immediately when you log the confirmation on your order status page or the tracking page.
- Approved review — 5 points, once per review, credited when the studio approves a review rated 4 stars or higher. Use the same email you ordered with so we can credit you.
Redeeming points
Once your balance reaches 500 points, you unlock $10.00 off your next order over $60.00. Mention your registered email when placing the order, or email us at connect@thecraftedloop.com and we will apply your reward amount to the invoice before payment. Reward amounts cannot be exchanged for cash and apply to product value only, not shipping or duties.
Rewards expire after 4 months. An unlocked reward amount must be used within 4 months of the date it was earned. We remind you by email every month, and again 2 weeks and 1 week before expiry. Reward amounts are set for each market rather than currency-converted, so they stay fair against local pricing:

Programme terms
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
- One delivery confirmation per order and one points-earning review per review, per customer.
- Reviews must relate to a genuine order; the studio may decline points for reviews it cannot verify.
- Points earned as a guest are linked automatically when you create an account with the same email.
- We may adjust or end the programme at any time; points already earned stay valid for 24 months.
Questions
How do I earn reward points?
You earn 5 points each time you confirm delivery of an order, and 5 points for each review you leave that is rated 4 stars or higher and is approved by the studio.
When are review points credited?
Review points are credited only after the studio approves the review. Reviews below 4 stars are still published once approved, but do not earn points.
What are points worth?
Every 500 points unlocks a reward amount off a future order. The amount is set per market, not converted: $10.00 in United States (USD), A$15.00 in Australia (AUD), ₹400 in India (INR), €10.00 in Europe (EUR), £8.00 in United Kingdom (GBP). You always see the value for your own market on this page.
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in and open your account page — your balance, history and progress to the next reward are shown there. Points earned as a guest are linked automatically when you sign up with the same email.
Does my reward expire?
